Brief

To provide and deliver effective product knowledge support to store staff ensuring they remain up-to-date, enthusiastic and passionate in preparation for the January sale trading period.

The Solution

Taking advantage of an annual event in which a significant number of store staff are present, we present our products in line with a predetermined theme. Multiple presentations in small groups allow staff to reconnect with existing products as well as benefiting from an introduction to some of the next seasons trends & ideas. This product training is supported with literature, store POS, product sample stands and training manuals.
